Happy 'early' Halloween!! Mwaahaahaahaahaa~!

Did I do a Halloween themed pic last year? I don't think I did! In fact, I don't think I ever have! So I guess this is a first. =P It's Chi Ri in a witch costume! Actually, once I finished the design, it looked more like a scarecrow's outfit to me. Doesn't it!? So that's why I titled this the scarecrow witch. It's a little bit of both, I guess. ^^;

I'm really happy with the way this turned out. Wish I had an outfit like this to wear. :aww:

So yes, it's a early Halloween pic. Tis the only time I have to actually submit something for now.

Background was left blank because I'm using this pic in a sign I'm making for Halloween.

Ah, and wouldn't you know - this was drawn on notebook paper (just like my last submission)! :XD: Although I don't like using notebook paper, it's the only type of paper I have right now so gotta make use of what I have, right? :shrug:
